What's another festival to add to London's renowned repertoire? The world-famous South by Southwest (SXSW) festival is landing in Shoreditch for the very first time from the 2nd to the 7th of June, 2025. This six-day cultural extravaganza will bring together hundreds of influential figures from music, technology, film, and more - including big names like Erykah Badu, Idris Elba, and Jane Goodall.

What Is SXSW London?
Known globally for its Austin, Texas roots, SXSW has been a major event in entertainment and innovation for nearly 40 years.
It’s famous for launching breakthrough artists and films, and hosting inspiring talks from celebrities and industry leaders like Michelle Obama and Billie Eilish. Now, for the first time ever, London will host Europe’s inaugural edition of this iconic festival.

Each day begins as early as 8.15am, with the last events finishing around 2am and the final show on Saturday ending at midnight.
How Much Are SXSW Tickets?

Star-Studded Speakers And Panels
With over 420 talks and panels scheduled, SXSW London will feature
a diverse lineup of speakers, including actor Idris Elba, comedian
Katherine Ryan, environmentalist Jane Goodall, football legend Ian
Wright, and influential business leaders from companies like
OnlyFans, Monzo, and Twitch.
Music Performances
Catch headline shows from music legends such as Erykah Badu (DJ Lo
Down Loretta Brown), Tems, and Mabel. Plus, enjoy sets by rising
stars like TWST, PA Salieu, Uncle Junior, TWST, and Jasmine

Film Screenings
Film lovers can look forward to 250 screenings, starting with the
world premiere of Eminem’s documentary Stans and closing with Mike
Flanagan’s The Life of Chuck starring Tom Hiddleston. Other
highlights include UK premieres and exclusive documentaries
covering important cultural topics.
